ICDSOFT(香港空间)客户技术支持初体验

最近,我所使用的ICDSoft香港机房的空间速度变慢,以前PING:20~60ms,现在PING:200ms上下,PING了好几个ICDSOFT香港空间的IP,结果均如此。

其实早在购入ICDSoft之前,便对其“24小时技术支持,保证1小时内回复”略有所闻,昨夜一试,果然名不虚传!

最终得到他们的回复结果大致是:内网受到DDOS攻击,线路作了调整,目前因经过了美国线路而导致中国大陆访问香港机房速度变慢,正常的路由线路(中国大陆直接到香港,不经美国)将在下周二或周三恢复。

下面也不怕各位笑话哥们我英文太烂,厚着脸皮帖一下给ICDSOFT客户支持发的TICKET,以及对方的回应(留意时间)。

more than 5 days is 200ms,what’s the problem?

Hello,

Can you please provide us with the results of the following commands:

tracert ****.net

tracert hk.suresupport.com

They will check the route from your location to the server hosting your account and to the HK SureSupport
mirror and will reveal any possible problems on the route.

It seems that the connection from your location to the server hosting your account goes through the United States, while the connection to our HK support site does not.

Can you check the connection to three more servers? Please provide us with the output of the following commands:

tracert s218.sureserver.com

tracert s219.sureserver.com

tracert s220.sureserver.com

tracert s222.sureserver.com

According to the results, all the routes go through the US. This is due to the fact that there was a Distributed Denial of Service attack against one of our servers in the same network.

To mitigate the issue, our upstream provider re-routed the connection to some Chinese networks through another provider. It seems that your network is one of the affected ones.

The routing should be restored in several days. Our upstream wanted to keep it for a week because there were two massive attacks within two days. They should restore the default route by Tuesday or Wednesday at most, if not earlier.

If the issue is not resolved by then, we will try to find an alternative solution to the problem.
